Bug description:
Related to Bug #1436573 - the fix for that bug adds a "pointer" cursor
to the Create, Share, Engage buttons both when a user is logged in and
when they're logged out. When not logged in these buttons do nothing,
so IMO a normal mouse cursor should be shown.
