1. I was testing https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/5787/
2. I proceeded to create an institution then 13 journals
3. I then changed the display of articles on the page to 20 to display all my
journals which behaved accordingly
4. I changed it again to display only 1 article per page --> that broke the
pagination.
To Replicate follow the above steps from 2-4. Please see the attached
screen cast.
