Missing templates for group report page

Bug description:
When I set group to allow reporting and I go to the 'Report' page I
get
[WAR] 36 (lib/errors.php:459) An exception was thrown of class Dwoo_Exception.
THIS IS BAD and should be changed to something extending MaharaException,
unless the exception is from a third party library.

"group/participationsharedviews.tpl" could not be found in any of your include
path(s)
It looks like a couple of templates went missing between 15.04 and
15.10
In fact this commit: 4245c5558f7e8177ee6784fa524b114d217022d6
I'll add them back in
