To make things easier for the user it would be useful to have the
'Automatically subscribe users' option turned on by default as the field
to toggle this is hidden in the Forum Setting expander and users can
easily forget to turn it on and wonder why no-one is subscribed to their
new form.
When a group is first made the default forum has 'Automatically
subscribe users' on by default - so it would be consistent to have any
subsequent forums to have the same behavour
