Login block disappear when I tried to add slider JQuery to header.tpl

Bug description:
I need help over here, I've tried to add a slideshow with image to the admin
page, but the login form on the right side has disappeared!!
I've added the HTML file into the header.tpl and the scripts with css in
head.tpl
the scripts and slideshow are working fine but login form has disappeared
would please help me to solve this problem
