"Text" results in Elasticsearch doesn't show "Used on page"

Bug description:
Tested on Mahara 15.10
When you use Elasticsearch and search for a term, the results on the
"Text" tab do not display where the items are being used like they do
on the "Media" tab. The "Used on page" information is missing.
