File picker popup for Image block is too wide

Bug description:
Mahara 1.6RC1
When you place the "Images" onto a page, the configuration popup is
too wide. According to Son that is the case because the help text
under "Width" is wide and the responsive design js takes that as basis
for calculating the popup width.
This should be more flexible / the popup should have the regular width
like other popups.
