Filter for mobile web sites in external media block

Bug description:
Some sites in the external media block only require the URL being
provided. When this is done on a mobile device, the browser
automatically goes to the mobile address. This is the case for
m.youtube.com
www.slideshare.net/mobile
These two URLs would need to be included in the filter rule.
