email notification length shortened

Bug description:
All email notifications are shortened to approximately 170-190 characters.
So all forum posts or private messages ending after 170? chars with "...
Don't reply to this email."
It would be nice when the whole message would be send, or the maximal
characters can be set in config.
See following example in german:
Inhalt der Präsentation kann eine Konzeptvorstellung des Themas sein, aktuelle
Ergebnisse oder interessante Teilpunkte.
Falls ihr noch nicht weit gekommen seid könnt ihr auch anhand einiger Fragen
...
