Timezone for forum posts is show in UTC +1 day

Bug description:
On Ubuntu 14.04 with a fresh install but also upgraded installs
running Postgres all my forum posts are shown in UTC plus 1 day.
Robert and I already checked that my system time and Postgres time are
correct. For Postgres we used
http://fugoconsulting.wordpress.com/2011/06/27/changing-timezone-in-
postgresql-ubuntu/ to check. My Db and the webserver are on the same
computer as it's my local installations that show the oddity.
