"Copy page" button copies entire collection

Bug description:
tested on Mahara 15.10 and 16.04 master
When you are on /view/choosetemplate.php and click the "Copy page"
button, the entire collection is copied instead. You cannot copy a
single page on its own. This happens in all areas (personal portfolio,
site, institution, group).
