Title: Advance copying options are enabled even when copying is not allowed Status in Mahara: Confirmed Status in Mahara 15.10 series: Confirmed Bug description: Mahara 15.10+ When you are a site admin for example, you see all copying options on the "Edit access" page even if you haven't allowed copying yet. Up to Mahara 15.04, the advanced copy options weren't available until you allowed copying (see http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/administration/config_site.html#share ). If we can't hide the elements due, the additional copying options should be disabled until "Allow copying" is set to "Yes".
