Set up an institution which allows registration and where registration needs to be confirmed. 2. Register as a new user. 3. Go in as admin and approve the request. On the final page you see the "Approve" button that is not green. And now for denying: Do steps 1 and 2 3. Go in as admin and deny the request. On the final page you see the "Deny" button that is not green.
