My institution would like to be able to offer students the ability to
add certified artifacts. A certified artifact would be an artifact
that a student could opt to use in a view, but could not edit (or be
locked from editing). Instructor-certified comments would also be
associated with the artifact. This request shares some of those
similarities. I'm going to subscribe to this.
