behat not clearing some data between tests

Bug description:
The blocktype_tagged_tags table is not being cleared between tests
This is due to lib/ddl.php get_tables_from_xmldb() function not fetching all
the install.xml files available as it ignores the
artefact/*/blocktype/*/db/ directories
