Resume: "Introduction" and "License" are not mentioned in their
respective headings

Bug description:
Mahara 15.10+
Under Content -> Resume, most areas within the resume have their
heading and then "Resume" mentioned afterwards except for
"Introduction" and "License". This should be made consistent.
