Don't show "Add to watchlist" and "Report obj. material" on my own
pages

Bug description:
From an email discussion with Alja
"Add to watchlist" and "Report objectionable material" are actions that other
people are doing. Thus, there wouldn't be a need to show them when I'm viewing
my own pages. I think removing these two items from the "..." button (i.e.
right now removing that button entirely then) should be fine.
I think we'd still need to show it though for group pages, institution
and site pages as other people can make changes to them.
