Update Launchpad maharabot script for commits, so that it posts a link
to git.mahara.org instead of gitlab.nzoss.org

Bug description:
There's a hook script used by our gerrit site, which posts a message
to Launchpad each time a patch gets merged in. Part of the message is
a link to the commit. This used to be a gitorious link, then we
updated it to a gitlab.nzoss.org link. Now we need to update it to a
git.mahara.org link.
