Public bug reported:
Mahara 16.04 Open Badges Block has stopped displaying options correctly.
It falsely reports Mozilla Backpack email incorrect but displays options
for found collections below in duplicate. The labels from the source are
incorrect as well as these collections are from the Backpack not the
Passport site.
