Elasticsearch save config not including artefact/lib.php

Bug description:
Now that we don't call all artefacts all the time re-indexing
elasticsearch fails
To test:
1) clean install
2) Choose 'elasticsearch' from Config settings -> search
3) Go to extenstions -> plugin admin and configure elasticsearch
4) Select al of the artefacttypes and hit 'Reset' button
Error log complains that Class 'PluginArtefact' not found
