Change capitalization on Plans overview page

Bug description:
When you are on Content -> Plans (/artefact/plans/index.php) and
create 1 plan and then 2 plans, the count at the bottom for the plans
says "1 Plan" and "2 Plans". It needs to read "1 plan" and "2 plans"
instead.
Before changing the existing language string, please check that it is
not used elsewhere where the capitalization is needed, e.g. in the
heading of the page. If the strings are used elsewhere, please create
new strings.
