Fatal error in Inst./Statisctic screen when too many members

When an institution has many members and they have more than 65535
views all together, we see this error in Administration-Institutions-
Statistics- Pages
Failed to get a recordset: postgres8 error: [-1: number of parameters
must be between 0 and 65535]
