Hi Marion,

This feature already exists :-)

http://manual.mahara.org/en/16.10/groups/inside_group.html#regular-
group-pages

As group admin you can decide whether you want to lock a page so that
only admins can edit them or allow everyone to edit the page.

Cheers
Kristina

Title:
Wishlist: different page editing rights within group

Status in Mahara:
  Invalid

Bug description:
It would be really nice if it were possible for admins and ordinary
members to have different page editing rights within a group. What I
have in mind is that students could collaborate on some pages but not
be able to edit others. Something similar to the rights that can
  already be stipulated for files.

  Regards
  Marion
