When we added in the notification setting for 'Wall post' in commit
3383d81665d0aaf1bf6353438fa67ca6dfdcbbbc for Bug #547333 we forgot to
add the help file for it.
So when you click on the help icon you get "An error occurred trying to
retrieve the help page."
You can see this by going to Settings -> Notifications and clicking the
help icon next to Wall post option.
I'll add the missing file in
