You and I both forgot to clear our cache after having updated the
language pack. ;-) Please go to Administration and click the "Clear
cache" button and all should be well. I can see the proper string in the
navigation once I've done that.

Bug description:
Despite the string
lang/en.utf8/mahara.php findpeople
is correctly translated in the French langpack, it does not show as
translated in the new *User mav menu* in 17.04.
