Group admin manage page search button not working

Bug description:
When I go to Admin -> Groups -> Administer groups and click on a cog icon for
a group
I get to the admin/groups/manage.php page and on this page is the 'Use this
form to promote and demote administrators for this group' part, which contains
a search form.
The 'Search' button on this form is not working.
I can do a search by hitting return in the search field - but not if I
click the button.
This is a small javascript error so I'll fix up
