Bug description:
Mahara 17.04RC1 and master
With the changes to the new theme, changes seem to have been made to
the header. When you are in Default, Raw, Modern or Configurable, the
content is not pushed down enough and the login box for example is
right on the header with two header messages (see attachment). Ocean
and Primary School seem to be fine.
