Bug description:
The MathJax CDN shut down on April 30, 2017!
So we need to use an alternative provider
They suggest switching to another CDN provider and pin to a stable release so
I am going with
cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.1/MathJax.js
