Bug description:
Mahara 16.10+
When you set up a SmartEvidence collection and make that available via
secret URL, you can't access the matrix page.
How to replicate:
1. Set up a SmartEvidence collection.
2. Share it via secret URL.
3. Access the secret URL as somebody else who is not logged in.
Expected behavior: You are taken to the SmartEvidence overview page when you
click the URL.
Actual behavior: You end up on page 2 of the collection and navigating to
"Previous" asks you to log in.
