allowing submissions doesn't show submitted pages

Bug description:
In a group that is created with 'allow submissions' = false and after this
the value is updated to yes, in the group homepage the submitted pages and
collection won't be displayed until we update the groupviews block.
To reproduce:
1. Create a group with 'Allow submissions' = No and save
2. Go to group settings and set Allow submissions = yes and save
3. Add a new member to the group and submit a page in its name
4. Login as the group admin again
5. go to the group home page
result: The page doesn't display the the submitted page
expected result: We should see the submitted page by the group member
Now, we edit the group homepage, edit Group pages block and save without
changing any value.
If we go to the homepage now, we can see the submitted page. We shouldn't
need to update the homepage view to see it.
