Steps to test this patch: 1)Before checking out the patch clean the simplesamlphp by entering "make cleanssphp" 2)And then pull the simplesamlphp from download by entering " make ssphp" 3)Navigate to htdocs/auth/saml/extlib and check what are the files available in it 4)Now checkout the patch and repeat step 1 and 2 5) make sure the following files are available
