Can you please apply the functionality change from
https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/7817/ ? I believe the issue you encounter
will have been fixed by that. It will be in the next minor point release
of Mahara.

Fields lock (greyed out) when exporting portfolios

Bug description:
When exporting the Mahara portfolio in version 17.04.2, the options to
choose 'All of my data' or 'Just some of my pages' etc become greyed
out and unusable after about 3 times of choosing different options.
This has been tested in Safari, Chrome and IE.
