After creating users by uploading CVS file, the confirmation email sent
to the user with the new login information does not contain the
password.
When an admin user creates user, the email that the user receives has
the format:
A new account has been created for you on Mahara. Your details are as
follows:
Username: username_for_new_user
Password:
Once you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your
password.
