unrecoverable error on creating or editing a page after upgrade to
17.04

HI
I upgraded to 17.04 from 16.10 a couple of weeks ago. but now unable to edit
page without an unrecoverable error. I downloaded the upgrade from mahara.org
Suse server, php 7.1, apache2.4, mariadb 10.022.
