This test currently tests that tags can be added, but not that they are
saved and displayed.
To do:
Change log in from admin to UserA, as that is more relevant.
Change the tags to words not already found in the pages, i.e, not folder,
journal, plan, page etc. I suggest adding one tag that is repeated one or more
times and one individual tag.
Then add steps each time tags are saved to follow the tags button in the
right-hand column and confirm the correct tags are displayed.
In addition add a step at the end to confirm that if a particular
repeated tag is chosen, the correct elements - E.g. page, plan, journal
with that tag - appear on the page.
