Hoeppner <[email protected]> Date: Thu Sep 28 21:10:12 2017 +1300 Bug 1720069: Replace the NZ PTC framework with new version The standards for the teaching profession have changed in Aotearoa New Zealand. Therefore, the old PTC framework is removed and the new standard matrix uploaded. The te reo M��ori framework is added as well. That way we can illustrate what a non-English framework looks like.
