Hi David, Having the SmartEvidence page as the first of a collection makes it kind of like the cover letter of the collection - also it easier to code :)
I suggest instead we could have an option where one could hide the SmartEvidence page from some audiences, say friends, but tutors/admins sees the SmartEvidence page. ** Changed in: mahara Importance: Undecided => Wishlist -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. Smart evidence maps look to be great tools for visualizing competency frameworks in relation to user's work. Since they are for visualization it would be a nice refinement to allow users to customize the overall view of their collection that contains a framework map, instead of forcing it to display as the first page of a collection. This would be especially valuable for self-assessing frameworks where students are expected to construct their collection as a self- reflection on which courses/units/projects in their program or degree and then share the finished product with a target audience or instructor.
