Title:
QR Code to connect app to server

Bug description:
It is a real pain to connect the Mobile App with the Mahara server.
Current process:
On a computer (note: you can't access the "app" sub-tab on a mobile!)
- Sign into Mahara
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "App"
- Click "Generate" to create a token
Copy the URL and token and send it to your mobile somehow (e.g. email)
On your mobile
- Open the app
- Copy / Paste the URL
- Copy / Paste the token
Suggested process:
On a computer
- Sign into Mahara
- Click "Connect to App"
- This would take the user to a new page that would
- Generate the token automatically
- Generate and display a QR code with both the server URL and token
encoded
On your mobile
- Open the app
- Click "Scan QR Code"
- User can scan their screen with their mobile which would transfer the
URL and token.
