happens on back end so browser is irrelevant, but
browser: chromium Version 57.0.2987.133
to reproduce:
start from moodle [version 3.1.5] with an account having a profile image of
one sort or another.
connect to mahara via xmlrpc
while on mahara, navigate to any thing under content menu and error message
should appear.
