cancel button is working as expected. I could not replicate this bug as reported.
But I found that for groups/institutions the redirection is not working correctly. When we are editing a group/institution page, click on "Share" and "cancel" we are redirected to the "Share" list of pages instead of the "Pages and collections" screen. To correct redirection should be: For groups - go to a group - click on "Pages and collections" - click on a page - click on "Edit this page" and "Share" - click on "cancel" it should redirect to the group's "Pages and collections" screen. - go to the group - click on "Share" tab - click on "pages" tab - click on "Edit access" icon for any page - click on cancel it should redirect us to the group's "Share" screen.
