Currently the number of pages to display in a SmartEvidence matrix is 5
and any extra need to be view by clicking the 'Next' button.
This value is hardcoded but it would be more useful if the number of
displayed pages was a module setting that admins could change.
Best to go with a dropdown select where the options were 4 - 8 otherwise
there would be problems on smaller screens.
Or maybe adjust the display of the pages part of the table as a
scrollable area so one can easily scroll left / right
