Allow to upload 2nd logo for small devices

Bug description:
When you go into responsive mode on a small device, the logo
disappears as there is not enough space. It would be beneficial to be
able to upload a small (square) logo into the theme as well as on the
front-end in Admin -> Institutions -> Settings -> Upload logo so that
every theme can use a secondary logo when required.
On the front-end, we'd have two logo uploads then:
- The regular one
- One for small device with size restrictions mentioned
