We now have a search option within the mailbox so we don't really need
it to be part of the universal search anymore

Title:
  Elasticsearch notification search

Status in Mahara:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Currently the artefact_multirecipient_notification table is not being
indexed for elasticsearch but the option 'Multirecipientnotification'
appears in the list of artefacttypes.

So the question is should the multirecipient notification table be
  indexed in elastic search?

If so we will need to do the following:

  1) Add Multirecipientnotification|Notification|Text to the list of
  Artefact types hierarchy

  2) Add a new content-filter for Notification

  3) Add trigger/procedure to the artefact_multirecipient_notification
  so that it gets indexed
