This has not been targeted to a Mahara release yet as this is additional, nice-to-have work and not needed for 18.04.

Similar changes should be made for the Terms & Conditions (T&C). I'm not creating separate items for those changes at this stage but have this "hold all" as we should decide closer to the implementation time what changes we will port from the privacy statement to the T&C.
