Group exists = Publicly viewable, Allow submissions, end date is within test date and has no Journals created. 7. Institutions = has no journals created. 8. Confirm page contains text "You have no journals. Add one". ✔ 3. Confirm page contains link "Add one" that links to Create new Journal page. ✔ 4. Browse to a group page > Journals. 5. Confirm page contains text "There are no journals in this group. Add one". ✔ 6. Confirm page contains link "Add one" that links to Create new Journal page. ✔ 7. Browse to Admin > Configure site > Journals. 8. Confirm page contains text "There are no site journals. Add one". ✔ 9. Confirm page contains link "Add one" that links to Create new Journal page. ✔ 10. Browse to Admin > Institutions > Journals. 11. Confirm page contains text "There are no site journals.
