Public bug reported:
The new date picker is not actioning a change on /admin/users/search.php
To replicate:
1. Have a few users with different last login dates.
2. Go to /admin/users/search.php and open the "Advanced options"
3. Use the drop-down and switch to "Users have logged in since" and "Users have
not logged in since".
Expected result: The result list changes to show the people with the criteria.
Actual result: Nothing happens.
