Update Existing Behat feature file

Need to check for error messages
Behat test: Settings > loginattempts.feature already exists - need to
update behat test to include the following:
# Check for error message
* Then I should see "You have not provided the correct credentials to log in.
Please check your username and password are correct."
* And I should see "There was an error with submitting this form. Please check
the marked fields and try again."
