Hi Jochen. If I understand you correctly, you are setting up the MNet
connection FROM Mahara TO Moodle?

It could well be that there is a bug as this direction is not used much
and thus that issue may have been overlooked so far. We'll need to do
some investigating.

  Mnet Connection for diffrent Institutions

Status in Mahara:
  New

Bug description:
  Mahara version: 18.04.01

  To reproduce:

  Create 2 institutions.
  Initiate only for first institution a SSO connection to a moodle via mnet.

  Second institution have no mnet connection to the same moodle as
  institution1.

  Create user for the 2 institutions.
  Dont allow be member of multiple institutions.

  Expected behavior:

  Only user from the 1. institutions can login via mnet in moodle

  User from 2. institution have NOACCESS to moodle.
  This behavior doesn't work.

  What happen:
  User from Inst1 and Inst2 can login via mnet into moodle

  Is this a bug?
