Test Script:

1. User logged in as "InstA-Admin"
2. User browse to Main menu > Content > Profile pictures
3. Confirm that the Default and Delete column headings are aligned to the left ✔
4. Confirm that the CSS is as follows for bothe Default and Delete column
headings ✔
• .text-left {text-align: left;}
