This doesn't work for external content blocks. To replicate: 1. Create a page. 2. Add an "External media" block with a YouTube video and tag it "mahara". 3. Add the "Open Badges" block, select a few badges and tag it "mahara". 4. Create a journal entry and tag it "mahara". 5. Share the page with a second user on the site. 6. Log in as that user and navigate to the page. 7. Click the tag "mahara" under the page heading. You are taken to the "Tagged content of [name]" page. Expected result: All three content items are mentioned on the page. Actual result: Only the journal entry is mentioned.
